Admitted to practice in Colorado in 1997, Mr. Balson focuses on probate and probate litigation matters. Prior to joining Poskus & Klein, P.C., Mr. Balson was a prosecutor and had a solo practice. His legal experience includes more than 120 jury trials, and hundreds of court trials and hearings. Even in law school Mr. Balson focused on trial advocacy skills and internships. Jarod received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1991. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and a member of the Trust and Estate Section.
Aside from family life, he enjoys riding his bike, volleyball, photography, and snowboarding.
