Aaron D. Frishman is an associate attorney at POSKUS, CATON & KLEIN, P.C. whose practice areas are estate planning, wills, trusts, estate and general litigation, and elder law, which includes disability planning, preservation of public benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, and assistance with protective proceedings such as guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Frishman is committed to helping his clients not only establish a well structured financial future for themselves and their families, but also to serve as a resource to those who may suffer from disabilities or other related hardships. In addition to working directly with individual clients, Mr. Frishman enjoys assisting attorneys in Colorado with matters related to the preservation of public benefits for plaintiffs involved in personal injury settlements.

Prior to working at POSKUS, CATON & KLEIN, P.C., Mr. Frishman was an associate at an AV-rated firm where he practiced in the same areas of law. Mr. Frishman is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estate sections of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.

Mr. Frishman received his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia, 2 miles outside of Washington, D.C. As a law student, Mr. Frishman participated in his law school's highly developed legal clinic in which he interned for a trial level judge in Fairfax County, Virginia for a summer. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in History, magna cum laude, from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.

Although relatively new to Colorado, Mr. Frishman has quickly become an active member in the Denver community. He is a Board Member with the non-profit organization, The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities and he recently was accepted to a 2-year leadership program offered by the Rocky Mountain Regional Office of the Anti-Defamation League. In addition, Mr. Frishman is a new member of a local venture philanthropy fund at the Denver Foundation called Social Venture Partners. And, in the summer of 2006, he raised over $2,000.00 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as he trained for and ran the Steamboat Springs Marathon.

Mr. Frishman enjoys spending time camping and hiking during the summer and he is an avid skier during the winter.
