Kerri L. Klein is a founding partner of POSKUS, CATON & KLEIN, P.C. Ms. Klein values close working relationships with her clients so that she can ensure their estate plans meets their unique personal and financial needs. Ms. Klein feels privileged to have worked with a diverse clientele and welcomes individuals from all walks of life.

Specifically, Ms. Klein assists individuals in the areas of estate planning, gifting, guardianships, conservatorships, health care advance directives, powers of attorney, probate, taxes, trusts and wills, and estate administration.

Ms. Klein is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Denver/Colorado Bar Association, where she participates on the rules and forms committee. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association.

Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Klein gained valuable estate planning experience with an AV-rated firm in the Denver Tech Center. In addition, she was mentored by an American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Fellow.  Ms. Klein was selected by her peers as a Rising Star in 5280 magazine for 2009 and 2010.

Ms. Klein received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, in psychology from the University of Colorado. As an undergraduate, Ms. Klein completed a legal internship with the Weld County District Attorney's office, where she assisted with the Youth Diversion Program. Ms. Klein also completed an internship with the Boulder County Mental Health Center mentoring emotionally-disabled youth.

Kerri is a native of Colorado, born and raised in Kersey, Colorado. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, cycling, and snowshoeing. She is also an amateur photographer.
